Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our operational management team within Maternity Services at ESNEFT as a Service Manager. This post is cross‑site. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual looking to expand their knowledge and leadership experience within the NHS. Working with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver our service, you will be able to develop your operational and management skills in a supportive and innovative atmosphere. The role plays a major part in the continuing development of service delivery to benefit our patients, where care and compassion are central to everything we do. If you have an interest in developing your operational leadership skills and welcoming service development and innovation, we are very interested in hearing from you.
Responsibilities
In conjunction with the General Manager, to provide operational management support to the services within the designated departments/services of responsibility, within the Division. This will be undertaken jointly with the respective Clinical Service Directors and the Head of Operations for the Division. In conjunction with the General Manager to manage all aspects of operational delivery within the relevant clinical specialties of East Suffolk & North East Essex Foundation Trust to agreed quality standards and within the resource and income base available, to support the Trust’s development as a clinically‑led organisation.
