Mental Health Case WorkerTemp to Perm opportunity Rhondda Cynon Taf BRC are recruiting for a Case Worker to join a supported accommodation service in the Rhondda Cynon Taf area (Llwynypia). This service provides 24-hour support to adults with complex needs, including mental health challenges and tenancy-related support. As a Mental Health Case Worker, your aim is to assist individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to move on to independent living.Key Responsibilities:
* Providing one-to-one support to residents with complex needs
* Supporting individuals to manage their tenancy and daily living skills
* Completing support plans, risk assessments, and case notes
* Promoting independence and positive outcomes
* Working independently in a lone working environment
Shift Pattern:
* 24 hour sleep in shifts (08:00 – 23:00 (sleep)- 08:30)
* Includes weekends and bank holidays
Key skills
* Previous experience within supported housing or related services
* Strong understanding of complex needs
* Ability to work independently and confidently as a lone worker
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
