The Role
As Head of Legal – Employment, you’ll:
* Sit on the People Committee and advise senior leadership on employment law matters and people strategy.
* Lead the development of a new external legal panel to drive efficiency and cost savings.
* Support UK and Ireland operations while contributing to international strategy.
* Be a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Team on employment-related initiatives and decisions.
