Your Responsibilities:
* Work alongside customers in their environments, using your expertise to advance their work to high standards.
* Define and create efficient, automated solutions to reduce manual effort and customer costs.
* Promote high standards and good code quality practices.
* Assist with updates and out-of-hours maintenance as required.
* Coach and mentor junior/graduate engineers.
Your Experience:
* Support for live (mission-critical) systems, working with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues under strict time constraints.
* Experience with industry-standard observability tools (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus) is a plus.
* Strong understanding and navigation of Windows and Linux operating systems with efficient fault finding and debugging skills.
* Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
* Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure) with native tooling and standalone instances.
Your Future Team:
You will work with software teams providing infrastructure and platform expertise, supporting modernization efforts, monitoring, and automation. A strong customer site presence is required to maintain and upgrade systems.
