We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team and help deliver high‑quality learning across the school.
What you’ll do:
1. Plan and deliver learning activities for individuals, small groups and occasionally whole classes
2. Support teaching staff with assessment, feedback and classroom organisation
3. Use your specialist skills to meet diverse pupil needs and promote inclusion
4. Contribute to behaviour support, pupil wellbeing and positive learning environments
5. Lead and support Learning Support Assistants as part of the wider team
We’re looking for someone who:
6. Holds (or is working towards) HLTA status
7. Has experience supporting learning and adapting activities
8. Communicates well with pupils, staff and families
9. Is organised, proactive and ready to make a real difference
