Job Title: Commercial/Performance Analyst
Location: W127FA, UK
Mode of working: Hybrid (2 Days/Week)
Job Type: 4 Months Contract
Role overview:
* Analyze performance data of FAST/AVOD/SVOD digital products to identify revenue and profit growth opportunities, supporting budgeting and long-term forecasts.
* Optimize FAST channels’ performance by tracking and analyzing profitability across channels, markets, and platform partners.
* Assess subscription performance of Amazon Player in Germany, identifying pricing strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.
* Monitor content performance trends across platforms, identifying high-performing titles and genres to inform monetization strategies.
* Provide data-driven insights to Commercial Leadership, contributing to product strategy based on internal observations and market trends.
* Support the team in developing ad-hoc business cases.
Strategic Content Optimization & Business Insights
* Assist in analyzing back catalogue performance, identifying the most commercially viable titles for each monetization model.
* Develop data-backed business cases for rights clearances and localization.
* Coordinate with Data and Insights team to develop, track, and refine success metrics.
* Help develop automated dashboards for real-time content and revenue tracking.
* Maintain documentation and optimize processes related to yield management for titles and digital products.
* Proficient in working with large data sets and complex reporting systems (e.g., Tableau).
* Strong data visualization skills to derive key insights.
* Confident in communicating insights to stakeholders.
* Proficient in digital monetization models.
* Experience in commercial planning and content yield management within a matrix organization.
* Ability to complete tasks and projects independently.
* Builds collaboration networks across the business.
* Proactive problem solver with a drive to implement change.
* Excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
