We’re looking for a detail-driven Accounts Assistant to play a key role in keeping our finance operations running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing
Processing high volumes of financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Managing supplier invoices, approvals, queries, and payments
Supporting bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash management
Raising invoices and monitoring customer accounts to ensure timely payment
Investigating and resolving discrepancies across ledgers
Assisting with month-end tasks, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
What we’re looking for
Experience in a finance or accounts support role
Solid understanding of accounting basics and double-entry principles
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident working with Excel and finance systems
