Office Manager – £31,000 – Hotel – Truro Area – Live in Available
This award-winning venue has an outstanding opportunity for an Office Manager to join its team.
1. Salary – £31,000 p/a
2. Share of gratuities & non contractual end of season bonus.
3. Monday to Friday – 9am – 6pm

A successful candidate will ideally have:
10. Experience in managing an office in a Hotel environment.
11. Demonstrable experience in team management and leadership.
12. High levels of customer service are essential for this role.
13. IT literate – Office 365, proficient in Excel, word and Outlook.
14. Excellent use of written English.
15. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures.
16. Experience in staff rota management.
17. The ability to exercise discretion is essential.
18. A good understanding of GDPR is required
19. Previous experience working in a reservations office would be desirable.
20. A proven experience operating a Property Management System is essential.

There is a salary of up to 31k for the perfect candidate plus, gratuities, non contractual end of season bonus.
There is accommodation available but if you are commuting you will need your own transport due to the location of the role.
