Role Overview:
As an Organic Search Executive, you will be responsible for managing the SEO workflow across a portfolio of clients, ensuring technical optimisation, strategic execution, and continuous improvement of organic search performance. Your expertise will directly contribute to client growth, retention, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance client rankings and visibility.
* Manage technical SEO, including site architecture, indexing, and performance optimization.
* Utilise industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz.
* Collaborate with clients and teams, translating complex SEO insights into effective strategies.
* Stay informed on industry trends, search algorithm updates, and emerging SEO practices.
* Contribute to a supportive team environment, fostering knowledge-sharing and development.
* Minimum 2 years of SEO experience in an agency or client-side role.
* Strong understanding of SEO tools and performance analytics.
* Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP functions).
* Ability to communicate complex SEO audit results in a clear and accessible manner.
* Strategic thinking with expertise in content marketing techniques.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
