Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse – Complex Care Specialists Wanted!

Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with 2 to 3 years of experience in complex care? Do you have expertise in tracheostomy care, catheterisation, and PEG feeding? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team at our stunning, state of the art facility.Cherrybrook care home, split into two specialist units, provides expert support for individuals with complex mental health needs, dementia, and challenging behaviours. Your Role as a Registered Nurse:

* Deliver Expert Complex Care – Utilise your clinical skills in tracheostomy management, catheterisation, and PEG feeding to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
* Lead and Support – Supervise and guide your care team to ensure excellence in service delivery.
* Create Personalised Care Plans – Work closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to tailor care plans to individual needs.
* Ensure Accurate Documentation – Maintain precise and legally compliant records of all care interactions.
* Administer Medications Safely – Follow MAR protocols to ensure the correct and timely administration of medications.
* Advocate for Residents – Promote dignity, independence, and engagement in daily activities.
* Emergency Response – Act swiftly and effectively in urgent situations, ensuring resident safety at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

* Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
* Experience in Complex Care – A minimum of 2–3 years working with tracheostomies, catheterisation, and PEG feeding.
* Passion for Mental Health & Dementia Care – Experience or interest in supporting individuals with complex mental health conditions, dementia, and challenging behaviours.
* Strong Communication & Leadership Skills – Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and care teams.
* Commitment to Excellence – A dedication to providing outstanding care and continually improving service delivery.

Consistent Shift Pattern:

* Week 1: 3 shifts (8am – 8pm)
* Week 2: 4 shifts (8am – 8pm)
* Alternative Weekends Required
