As our Head Chef, you will:
Curate seasonal menus highlighting the best ingredients from local farmers, fisheries, and artisan suppliers that tell a story of seasonality, sustainability, and true Scottish hospitality.
Lead a passionate kitchen brigade, inspiring creativity and excellence in every dish.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service in both the bistro and la carte restaurant.
Maintain the highest standards of presentation, flavour, and hospitality.
Uphold sustainability, ethical sourcing, and innovative food preparation techniques.

Who Were Looking For:
Experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with a track record in fine dining.

Strong knowledge of kitchen management, budgeting, and supplier relationships.

Pay & Reward:
Hours: 45 hours per week (5 days from 7)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £42,500 (£37,500 base salary, £5000 performance-based annual bonus paid quarterly)
