Response Maintenance Administrator Dungannon Contract: Full-time, permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (8-hour shift) Location: On-site Salary : £23,809.50 The Role We are seeking a Response Maintenance Administrator to support a busy Response Maintenance Team with day-to-day administrative duties. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage workloads and targets efficiently while delivering a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities *Manage email and telephone enquiries from internal teams and members of the public *Provide a professional and friendly level of customer service, handling telephone calls from customers *Take ownership of a designated contract, ensuring deadlines are met and that tenants, management, and contractors are kept informed *Schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining accurate and up-to-date diaries *Maintain accurate records and administrative systems *Provide administrative support to the wider response maintenance team *Assist with general office duties as required in a busy working environment Experience & Skills Required *Previous administrative experience is desirable, though not essential, as full training will be provided *Ability to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and adaptability *Capable of working on own initiative and remaining accurate under pressure *Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office *Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills *Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Full training will be provided, allowing the successful candidate to gain valuable hands-on experience.
