Job overview Reporting to the E&F Office Manager, the post holder will provide administration and clerical duties for the Estates and Facilities Department covering clerical and administrative support to the Estates and Facilities Management team. The position is office based on the Tickhill Road Hospital site, and both planned and incidental contact is expected with patients and visitors to the Trust. If you don't already have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification [relevant to your role]. As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive. An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification. Whether you already work for us or are joining the Trust and NHS for the first time, apprenticeships can help you to develop the skills, knowledge and know-how in order to embark on a successful and fulfilling career within the health service. Advert You will undertake a range of duties including receiving callers to the departments, issuing permits to contractors and directing them to the appropriate location, administering meetings, including co-ordinating diaries, preparing and circulating papers and taking minutes, filing, and undertaking all stages of goods/services ordering process, from raising requisitions to processing invoices for payment and dealing with relates queries.
