You'll be co-ordinating rotas with bookings, organising changeovers and efficiently managing stock working alongside the Holidays Manager to ensure budgets are maintained.Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll also support our Holidays Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members, helping to build a strong, knowledgeable team.There’s also an ongoing focus on compliance, so you’ll assist in keeping everything up to date.
