The Role You will be in charge of managing both media / digital advertising agency and client relationships providing best in class customer service. Managing and growing regional accounts through building strong commercial relationships. You will ensure digital campaigns are set up smoothly, presenting mid campaign reviews and providing insight and seeking up weight opportunities where possible. This is a great opportunity to take full ownership of the regional accounts and develop professionally as the account base grows. You will be comfortable presenting performance reports as well as helping agencies present new ideas to clients. Your Profile You will ideally have 2-3 years plus experience either in a commercial media account management or campaign planning role for a tech publisher, media owner or planning media campaigns with a media or digital agency. Experience within paid social would be an advantage You will be comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines, successfully multi-tasking and able to juggle priorities. You will be an effective communicator both written and verbal with the ability to prepare clear and concise client ready documents. A good numbers person with a strong eye for detail with a proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities.
