They are searching for a dedicated Safety Coordinator who is ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to the continuous success of the business. The successful candidate will work alongside their experienced team, ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained across all projects.
DUTIES.
4. Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and procedures
5. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations
6. Provide training and support to staff on safety practices and procedures
7. Investigate and report on incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions
8. Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to promote a culture of safety
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
9. Safety management in the construction or civil industry
10. Knowledge of local safety regulations
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
12. Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
