What we’re looking for
:
1. NMC Registered Nurse with an adult nursing qualification.
2. Minimum 5 years post-registration experience, including at least 2 years in general practice or community settings.
3. Proven clinical competence in cervical cytology, immunisations, wound care, and managing chronic conditions such as Diabetes and COPD.
4. Confidence in delivering evidence-based care plans for patients with long-term conditions.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and develop team members.
6. Effective communicator, comfortable influencing change and working across multidisciplinary teams.
7. Teaching, mentoring, or clinical supervision experience.
Desirable (but not essential):
8. Independent prescribing qualification.
9. Formal qualifications or training in Diabetes, COPD, asthma, family planning, CHD, or cytology.
10. Mentorship or teaching qualification.
