Your role as a PIM SME will be accountable to deliver the technical setup of the PIM to allow effective collection of product data and management through to downstream systems. The role will input into the scope, design, and ongoing development of the Group PIM (and will contribute to other systems and process enhancements) to ensure it consistently delivers high quality requirements to stakeholders on time and within budget.
What's the job
1. Performing UAT for new developments for PIM and across integrated systems
2. Creating user guides, other training materials and delivering training for new developments to support business activities
3. Providing input into requirements to address business challenges, maintaining a focus on the customer within all solutions to drive the best possible system enhancements
4. Identifying and investigating issues impacting PIM users as required in collaboration with Data Business Support
5. Ensuring requirements, risks and potential mitigations are effectively communicated, supported, and proactively escalated as required
6. Upholding PIM governance principles and ways of working; driving consistency across all channels
7. Providing input into the team’s day to day operations and implementation of all PIM requirements, effectively prioritising based on business benefit and impact
