About Our Client
A well-known company in the Weybridge area.
Job Responsibilities:
* Support the Facilities and Fleet Coordinator to maintain and clean all UK offices.
* Update internal and external systems for company vehicles and driver compliance.
* Manage records related to fuel cards and electric charging cards, providing reports and information to accounts.
* Ensure vehicle trackers are booked for fitting and review monthly reports.
* Follow up on driver compliance checks to ensure they are completed and up to date.
* Monitor HSQE, Facilities, and Fleet emails, ensuring timely responses.
* Support Weybridge HQ reception team as needed.
* Coordinate with IT for new starters and assist UK employees with IT issues and equipment requests.
* Arrange travel logistics such as taxis, couriers, hotel, and flight bookings.
* Monitor stationary and IT equipment stock and reorder as necessary.
* Order office supplies like pastries, pizza, fruit, and lunches as required.
* Assist with ad hoc administration duties for Facilities and Department Managers, including projects.
* Manage hospitality bookings for meetings and coordinate AV equipment needs.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous office administration experience.
