Sports Injury - Solicitor – London – Up to £85,000 + Excellent Benefits Package + Generous Bonus Scheme
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Principal Associate (5+ PQE) to join a leading national Sports Litigation team handling some of the most complex, high-profile and multi-party disputes in the sector.
Working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers, you will manage your own caseload of defendant casualty claims while also assisting on large, sophisticated group actions and multi-party sports litigation. The team advises elite sports organisations, governing bodies, insurers, and high-profile individuals, providing strategic guidance across contentious, regulatory, reputational and insurance-related issues.
This role offers exposure to some of the most challenging and high-value disputes in the sports industry, within a collaborative team known for technical excellence and outstanding client service.
The Candidate
* 5+ years PQE with proven experience handling defendant casualty claims
* Strong drafting, analytical and advocacy skills
* Experience assisting on large and complex disputes, including multi-party matters
* Confident advising on disclosure, legal privilege and insurance policy coverage
* Ability to work under pressure, manage competing deadlines and run matters independently
* Experience supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team development
* Commercially aware, organised, and committed to high-quality service delivery
* Methodical, accurate and fully compliant with internal procedures, SLAs, MI and client protocols
