Managing classroom behaviour to maintain learning. Completing registers and basic lesson feedback. Following safeguarding and school policies. Being adaptable to short-notice cover needs. We’re looking for someone who Has prior classroom or youth-work experience (cover, TA, tutoring or similar). Is confident leading groups of students. Is reliable, organised and professional. Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS. Has GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
