About the company
Our client is an independent manufacturer based in North Lanarkshire who is looking to add a Site Maintenance Engineer. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all plant equipment to ensure the effective and efficient operation of our mill’s production and intake systems — minimising downtime and supporting business objectives.

* Salary up to £55,000
* Full-time, Permanent
Site Maintenance Engineer - Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems.
* Respond quickly to breakdowns or interruptions, escalating where necessary.
* Drive continuous improvement by reviewing current processes and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records to ensure legal compliance and a safe working environment.
* Liaise effectively with suppliers and maintain appropriate engineering stock and resources.
