Thanks to our strong local partnerships, we can offer consistent work to reliable and motivated candidates. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, career changers, parents returning to work, and anyone with experience working with young people. Driving is essential. Many of our partner schools are based in rural locations, so you must be willing to travel up to 45 minutes for suitable placements. ________________________________________ Your Responsibilities: * Supervising classes using pre-prepared lesson materials * Maintaining positive behaviour and classroom routines * Encouraging student engagement and participation * Supporting teaching staff and school leadership teams * Ensuring lessons run smoothly in the teacher's absence ________________________________________ We're Looking For: * Experienced Cover Supervisors and trainees welcome * Graduates and aspiring educators * Candidates with experience working with children or teenagers * Strong communication and organisation skills * Professional, friendly, and confident individuals * Reliable drivers with access to a vehicle ✨ No classroom experience?
