About The Role
There are a few qualities we look for in all our Support Workers:
* Good communication skills (verbal and written)
* Patience, confidence, and enthusiasm for caring for others
* Ability to use your own initiative
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Flexibility to work varied shifts to provide 24-hour support
* Share our AFG values
We do not require any previous training or experience in care; full training will be provided. You just need a willingness to learn and develop.
Your pay: Support Workers earn £12.60 per hour for all worked hours. Full details will be included in your written offer. As a 'value-based' employer, we seek individuals who genuinely care about the people they support and want to make a positive difference.
Shift patterns include Days, Waking Nights, Sleep-ins, and Weekends, with flexible scheduling.
