Rotating shift patterns:
Week 1 - Monday - Saturday (6 days working, Sunday and Monday as RD)
Week 2 - Tuesday - Friday (4 days working, Saturday and Sunday as RD)
Week 3 - Monday - Saturday (6 days working, Sunday as RD)
Week 4 - Monday - Thursday (4 days working, Friday, Saturday and Sunday as RD)
Starting between 05:00 - 06:00 (45 hrs)
