This exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing care provider in the East Yorkshire area as a HR Business Partner. This role will work closely with the managers and directors of thepany, taking a lead on recruitment and resourcing, employee relations and change management.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will take the lead on supporting the business with developing and implementing the safer recruitment strategies of the business. You will liaise directly with line managers across the business to identify and plan for uing recruitment campaigns to be delivered efficiently.
You will be the go-to person in the business to support and advise line managers in grievance and disciplinary cases, providing excellent guidance in-line with employment law. You will coach and mentor staff in effective processes as required.
Ideally, you will have experience in change management processes, including TUPE.
This role will include line management of 2 HR Administrators, so previous experience of people management would be beneficial.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven track record of success within a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role - ideally with a focus on employee relations.
Thorough knowledge of employment law and ER processes.
Good experience of recruitment and attraction strategies.
Ability to coach and mentor senior stakeholders.
A strong leader who can effectivelymunicate change management processes.
Line management experience would be preferred.
Due to the nature of the business, this role will require an ENHANCED DBS check.
What you'll get in return
Salary of circa £45,000 with clear progression routes
Monday-Friday, working 9am-5pm
Some hybrid working may be considered but, due to the nature of the business, on-site working is preferred.
28 days annual leave (increases by 1 day for 2 years long-service)
