Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a valued client, as an exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Registered Manager for their medium sized residential and nursing home based in Hadleigh in Essex.
We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team and can effectively supervise individuals and a team. The role will suit someone who is caring, friendly, empathetic and has a good understanding of the needs of our residents.
Above all else, you'll promote resident independence, choice, dignity and respect by upholding the highest standards of care and continuously striving for improvement.
Requirements:
* Qualifications - RGN, Nurse or non NVQ Level 4 or upwards
* Knowledge of the dementia and elderly care sector.
* Knowledge of regulatory framework relating to care homes.
* Strong interpersonal & communication skills both written & verbal.
* Has a good understanding with electronic systems
