PE Global is recruiting a Project Coordinator for our client based in Barrow in Furness. The role is an initial 6 month contract with chance of extension. The rate for this role is £35 P/hour PAYE.
The role is Hybrid. It would be 3 days minimum onsite, and 2 days from home.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor project deliverables to ensure on-time delivery across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams.
* Provide internal and external delivery updates and compile communication packs.
* Work with project and delivery teams to track progress, mitigate risks and ensure successful project execution.
* Assist engineering teams with evaluating manufacturing readiness and efficiency and provide input into project scheduling.
* Support development of project service plans and associated procedures.
* Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Assist in preparation of final project close-out reports.
Qualifications:
* Studying towards, or holding, a Degree or Master’s qualification in a technical field (mechanical or electrical preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.

* CAD knowledge
* MS Project knowledge
* Ability to interpret technical drawings
