We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join our team in Ramsgate. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate daily groundworks activities
2. Lead and support site teams and subcontractors
3. Monitor progress and report to site/project management
4. Liaise with engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues
5. Ensure strict compliance with health & safety guidelines
Required Experience
The candidate must have experience in:
6. Deep drainage
7. Roads & sewers
8. RC foundations (ring beam & strip foundations)
9. Infrastructure installation
