Junior Account Manager
£30,000 base + £10,000 OTE (uncapped)

We’re hiring on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing UK technology business specialising in mobile surveillance solutions. As the company continues to scale, they’re looking to hire three Junior Account Managers to help manage and grow existing customer relationships.
This is a relationship-first role, ideal for graduates or early-career talent who want hands-on experience, structured training, and a clear route into a full Account Manager position.
🔥 The Role
You’ll support existing customers while learning the foundations of account management in a fast-moving tech environment.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing and nurturing existing customer accounts
* Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day queries
* Identifying opportunities to add value through upselling and cross-selling
* Supporting senior team members while gradually building your own accounts
* Gaining practical experience with clear progression into a full Account Manager role
🎯 Training & Development
No previous sales experience is required. You’ll complete Furza’s 4-month training programme, designed specifically for graduates and early-career professionals.
This includes:
* 2–4 weeks of structured, in-office training covering sales fundamentals, communication skills, and commercial awareness
* Ongoing coaching and support for a further two months as you transition fully into the role
* Regular feedback to help you build confidence, develop skills, and progress quickly
