We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
* Plan, organise, and deliver engaging gymnastics training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels
* Demonstrate proper techniques and safety procedures during all activities
* Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
* Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a secure environment and adhering to health and safety guidelines
* Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment of the sport
* Maintain equipment and ensure the training area is clean, organised, and ready for use
* Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, or programme coordinators regarding participant progress or concerns
Skills
* Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly gymnastics or related disciplines
* Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to motivate and engage learners of all ages
* Excellent communication skills to clearly demonstrate techniques and provide constructive feedback
* Organised with the ability to plan sessions that are both fun and educational
* Ability to promote safety awareness among participants and colleagues
* Enthusiastic team player with a genuine passion for sport and youth development
