Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday 8am-4pm)

Our client is launching a brand-new warehouse operation — and we’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take the lead, shape the space, and build a high-performing team from day one.

What You’ll Do
As the Warehouse Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the new operation, responsible for:
* Designing and implementing efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
* Setting up systems, layouts, and stock management tools to ensure smooth operations.
* Recruiting, training, and leading your own warehouse team to deliver excellence every day.
* Overseeing daily operations – from goods in/out to inventory accuracy and fulfilment targets.
* Driving a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with all H&S standards.
* Continuously optimising performance, identifying efficiencies, and scaling as we grow.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience managing warehouse operations, ideally being involved previously in a start-up.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and enjoys building things from scratch.
* Is both strategic and hands-on — just as comfortable on the floor as in planning meetings.
* Has strong people skills and a natural ability to lead, motivate, and develop others.
* Brings a problem-solving mindset, a proactive approach, and a passion for continuous improvement.
