Bilfinger UK are looking for an HSE Advisor to join us at DSM in Ayrshire.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
* Fixed term until September 2026
* 38 hours a week with overtime opportunities available
* NEBOSH minimum
* Review and process weekly and monthly HSSE performance reports, monitor trends and provide feedback to support project needs
* Attend weekly HSE coordination meetings, review progress and address HSE matters
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on site compliance
* Monitor construction compliance, permit conditions, HSE plans and RAMS, report deviations to the Site Management team
* Conduct and record weekly inspections with the client and track closure of resulting actions
* Populate and assist in delivering toolbox talks and follow up actions
