Hills Holiday Park. This is a varied, people-focused

contractors and the wider park operation.

What You’ll Do
As an Administration Assistant, you will:
* Act as the first point of
contact for customers in person, by phone and via email
* Provide a warm, professional
welcome to holiday guests, owners and contractors
* Check guests in and out
using the ParcVu system, prepare welcome packs and assist with bookings
* Respond to guest queries and
complaints, escalating to management when appropriate
* Support holiday homeowners
with billing payments, gas bottle orders, and maintenance requests
* Assist with daily cash
reconciliation, petty cash and till floats
* Maintain accurate Health &
Safety records, logging incidents and accidents on the Prime system
* Liaise with manufacturers and
suppliers regarding warranty claims and after-sales queries
* Ensure the reception and
office areas are tidy, organised and well-stocked
* Work closely with the Park
Manager and wider team to support smooth park operations
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a customer
service or customer-facing role
* Excellent communication
skills, both written and verbal
* A calm, professional approach
when handling queries or complaints
* Strong IT skills,
including Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent attention to detail
and a proactive attitude
* The ability to work on your
own initiative as well as part of a team
* Flexibility to work variable
hours, including weekends
