PrimeGrowth are partnering with an Established Publications Business in Norwich to find Sales Development Managers
Here's the key parts for you:
Salary £27,000
Norwich Office.
Hours Monday-Friday (You're prospecting into Customers in other Countries, this is the reason for the shift pattern).
Bonus : Uncapped, realistic earning potential £50,000 per year. Although, top performers have cleared £80k per annum.

Trading for 10+ years with a great reputation in the Publishing Industry, bi-weekly they produce Digital Publications across a range of Industries and Regions.
Examples include : Construction, Healthcare plus Magazines focusing on regional topics and insights, e.g. APAC specific Magazines.
Leadership has been in the sector for over two decades so have deep routed expertise. Have a proven business model and process and need hard working motivated individuals to continue with their exceptional growth.
Provided you work hard and listen, support will be provided with Intensive training to give you all the tools you need to be successful
What is it you will be doing?
-Researching companies based on Criteria such as turnover, staff count and other info.
-Using various tools to help with outreach, Salesforce and Zoominfo for example.
-Cold outreach to generate interest, e.g. cold calls, Linkedin messages and Emails.
-Working with the Sales team to qualify opportunities

-Financial motivation with hunger and drive to be successful.
-Coachability, being able to grow and take feedback well.
-Excellent communication skills and professional manner.
-Grit and resilience, Cold Prospecting and Sales isn't easy You will face lot's of rejection.
Interview Process.
Step 1: Face to Face Interview with the Training & Development Director & Managing Director.
Step 2: Email task, meet a team member listen to calls get more understanding of day to day activity, then a Final Conversation with the Business Owner.
