As a Computer Science (CS) Teacher, you will develop learners’ logical thinking, computational skills, and digital confidence, while fostering curiosity, innovation, and responsible technology use in an inclusive classroom. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver structured lessons covering a range of computing topics. Support learners in developing problem-solving and analytical skills. Promote positive behaviour and focused learning. Assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to perform effectively as a Computer Science Teacher. Confident classroom management and communication skills. A good understanding of safeguarding and learner wellbeing. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
