Do you have a good understanding of retail, both in-store and online? Could you support an agile retail business, producing a range of engaging communications and marketing materials to enhance our retail activity? This is a fabulous opportunity for the right person to make this role their own. Working closely with colleagues across Retail and the wider charity, you will manage communications and marketing activity for a large team of retail staff and volunteers. If engaging teams, creating dynamic content for online and digital tools, and coordinating point of sale materials for campaigns motivates you, then this role could be for you!
What does the role involve?
* Producing and delivering internal communications for a team of staff and volunteers.
* Leading and delivering social media and marketing campaigns.
* Advising on communications and marketing plans within project groups.
* Shaping plans based on Retail’s strategy and business priorities.
What do you need to be successful?
* Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions for different audiences.
* Confident IT and digital skills, with experience in creative content marketing.
* Experience using social media platforms in a commercial setting.
* Ability to manage workload against deadlines.
* Confidence to express views and concerns within working groups.
