Location: Based in the Home Counties / Hertfordshire ( some national travel when visiting engineers )
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000
Hours: 40-hour week | 8:30am – 4:30pm (paid lunch included)
On-call: 1 in 6
Travel Time: Paid after first 30 minutes each side

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer Supervisor to join our team. You will be working across a varied client base of commercial sites.
The Role
This is a hands-on supervisory position, combining technical expertise with leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems
* Work on VRV/VRF systems, split systems, AHUs, and chillers
* Attend and manage sites including student accommodation, councils, offices, care homes and gyms
* Work closely with the Operations Manager
* Supervise and coordinate air conditioning technicians and daily site operations
* Ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with health & safety regulations
* Carry out audits across the country with engineers
* Visiting the main office around 3 times a month
* Diagnose complex technical issues and support field engineers
* Manage tools, equipment, and stock inventory
* Carry out safety checks and enforce company procedures
* Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* FGAS certification (or equivalent)
* Minimum 8 years' industry experience
* Full UK driving licence
