A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Associate (NQ–5 years PQE) to join its Real Estate Finance team in London. The group advises on high-value development projects, large-scale acquisitions and disposals, and complex financing transactions across the UK and Europe.
You will work on a broad range of property finance matters, including investment loans, portfolio transactions, development financings, fund financings, NAV facilities, mezzanine finance, and structured finance. The team regularly acts for major lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers on multi-jurisdictional deals.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on acquisition finance, investment facilities, and development finance.
* Handle loan portfolio acquisitions, recapitalizations, and structured finance transactions.
* Work with senior and mezzanine lenders, equity investors, and alternative capital providers.
* Collaborate on cross-border transactions and complex financing structures.
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified solicitor with NQ–5 years PQE in real estate finance or related practice.
* Strong technical knowledge of property finance and fund financing structures.
