Are you passionate about quality and safety in construction? Do you want to play a key role in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects? We’re looking for a Site Inspector to join our team, ensuring works are carried out safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do:
* Conduct regular inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with contract scope, designs, and quality plans.
* Monitor workmanship, materials, and equipment on site.
* Identify and report defects, non-conformances, and unsafe practices.
* Maintain detailed site records, daily diaries, inspection reports, and photographic evidence.
* Support health, safety, and environmental compliance, participating in audits and toolbox talks.
* Liaise with contractors, designers, and client representatives to resolve site issues.
What We’re Looking For:
* HNC/HND or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
* Proven experience in site inspection or supervision on major infrastructure projects.
* Knowledge of NEC4 contracts and CDM Regulations.
* CSCS card and relevant safety training (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid) preferred.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
