As a Motor Product Executive, you will be involved in all areas of product management and development. You will support a diverse group of customers at various stages of their lives, playing a pivotal role in providing them with exceptional products.
Reporting to the Motor Product Manager, you will manage and develop market-leading motor insurance products and customer journeys, incorporating key FCA principles.
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business to ensure we serve our customers effectively while remaining competitive. We offer flexible working options, allowing you to choose a comfortable and productive environment, either from home or in our hubs in London or Folkestone, with regular team gatherings.
Role Responsibilities
As a Motor Product Executive, your responsibilities include:
* Implementing product developments and enhancements based on industry, competitive trends, and customer research.
* Owning technical policy wording with legal and conduct risk considerations.
* Managing projects with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.
* Working with suppliers and attending meetings as required.
* Contributing to complaints handling to ensure fair and effective resolution of disputes.
* Conducting competitor and industry research, maintaining price competitiveness through market comparisons and actuarial liaison.
* Ensuring customer communications are accurate, consistent, and compliant with regulatory standards.
* Analyzing root causes of product issues to improve customer satisfaction.
* Supporting budgeted conversion, quotation, and retention targets through product management.
* Enhancing customer satisfaction scores and market benchmarks.
* Collaborating with marketing and operational teams to optimize customer communications.
* Ensuring product compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements, including annual assessments.

The successful candidate will have experience in general insurance, including product management and regulatory compliance. Essential skills include:
