What You'll Be Doing
As our new Contracts Coordinator, you'll be the glue that holds our contracts team together—ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and top-tier service delivery. You'll work closely with managers, departments, and clients to keep everything running like clockwork.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Processing contract documents with accuracy and speed
* Matching timesheets with tracker reports and flagging discrepancies
* Booking accommodation and building a cost-saving database
* Keeping project files up to date with the latest releases
* Supporting transport and fleet coordination, including lifting equipment and vehicle scheduling
* Handling customer queries and liaising with site teams
* Assisting with billing, purchase orders, and mobilisation documentation
* Jumping in to support ad hoc tasks across the contracts team
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's sharp, organised, and ready to make a difference. You'll bring:
* Basic MS Office skills (we'll train you on our systems)
* Solid general education with strong numeracy and literacy
* Experience working with customers and suppliers in a B2B setting
* Ability to collaborate across departments and drive results
