We are seeking an experienced **Sales Manager** to lead, coach and inspire a high‐performing sales team while remaining actively involved in managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth.This is a **hands‐on leadership role**, combining direct ownership of a strategic customer portfolio (circa **35%** of time) with responsibility for managing and developing a small team of sales professionals (**65%**).
