Senior Building Services Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Services Engineer to join a growing multidisciplined engineering who operate inside and outside the UK. The successful candidate will join them in their Birmingham office and be exposed to various projects across all sectors of the industry.
Responsibilities for a Senior Building Services Engineer include:
1. Delivering projects alongside Revit and Building service engineers
2. Work alongside clients and professional teams to develop and maintain working relationships
3. Keep updated knowledge on current industry regulatory and design standards
4. Provide detailed mechanical services design and assist with design strategy
5. Produce load calculations, apply for utility connections, and carry out site quality and legislative inspections for reports
The ideal Senior Building Services Engineer will have:
6. Relevant degree within a mechanical or electrical field
7. Working towards or has achieved CIBSE membership
8. A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a building services role
9. Good experience with industry relevant software such as Revit and CAD
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills
11. Full UK driving license
