HR Business Partner – Leading Brokerage

This role suits an HR professional with solid financial services experience who thrives in fast-paced, commercially driven settings. Our client, a well-established and growing brokerage in the City, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their collaborative HR function and play a key role in shaping people strategy across the business.
The Role
As HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and front-office teams, providing strategic and operational HR support. You’ll have exposure to a broad generalist remit, including:
* Partnering with managers on organisational design, workforce planning and talent development
* Leading on employee relations, performance management and coaching
* Supporting recruitment strategies and driving best-in-class onboarding
* Working with leadership on culture, engagement and people experience initiatives
* Contributing to HR projects across learning, wellbeing, DEI, and policy development
* Ensuring policies and processes align with regulatory and industry standards
About You
We’re looking for an HR professional who brings:
* Experience in financial services (brokerage, trading, asset management or banking preferred)
* A strong generalist background with confidence managing ER matters
* Ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
* A proactive mindset, high attention to detail and strong communication skills
* CIPD qualification (Level 5+ desirable)
