Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll take ownership of standards and team performance by:
Reporting directly to the General Manager
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel throughout
Leading a small Housekeeping team while remaining hands-on with room cleaning
Monitoring stock levels and managing departmental budgets
Recruiting, scheduling, and training staff to ensure consistency and safe working practices
