What you’ll be doing:
* Taking full ownership of the parts department, refining processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Handling all customer parts enquiries – whether it’s finding the right component, advising on replacements, or supporting warranty claims.
* Supporting the service team with repairs, helping source and dispatch parts quickly for breakdowns and scheduled maintenance.
* Processing and packing orders – locating, picking, and shipping parts accurately and efficiently.
* Managing parts inventory – overseeing stock levels, reordering, and keeping things running like clockwork.
* Providing front-line customer support, whether it’s over the phone, by email, or face-to-face.
