RGIFTS Limited has been building personalised gift brands for over 11 years. We are the company behind:

We specialise in creating gifts that tell a story, and now we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of Google Ads, Shopping, and Merchant Center across our growing portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Plan, run and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search & Shopping) for multiple ecommerce sites.
* Manage and maintain Google Merchant Center feeds: fixing errors, updating images, and optimising product data.
* Build and maintain performance dashboards in GA4/Looker Studio, creating clear reporting.
* Work with our development team during our Prestashop to Shopify migration to keep product catalogs smooth.
* Manage Etsy Ads and Amazon Ads for additional growth.
* Support new brand launches with PPC strategy from day one.
* Focus on driving ROAS and revenue growth.
Requirements
* 5+ years' hands-on experience running Google Ads & Shopping campaigns in ecommerce.
* Proven ability to manage and grow £10k+ monthly ad budgets.
* Strong knowledge of Merchant Center, product feeds, and catalog management.
* Comfortable with GA4 and reporting tools.
* Experience with Shopify and/or Prestashop is a plus.
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial. You will be in the accounts daily making things happen.
Location & Working Style
* Hybrid or office-based in Gibraltar or Aberdeenshire preferred.
* Open to remote candidates (UK/EU) for the right person.
