The Role: We're looking for a proactive Well Performance Management Lead to drive digital transformation, improve performance, and implement data-driven solutions across all stages of the well lifecycle—from drilling and completion to abandonment. You'll be at the heart of modernizing processes, supporting teams with digital tools, and fostering a culture of transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate across teams to optimize well performance at every stage.
* Develop and implement digital tools for monitoring, reporting, and analysis.
* Automate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and share lessons learned.
* Drive data visualization for well integrity, project planning, and performance KPIs.
* Champion data-driven decision-making to deliver sustainable results.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Significant experience in drilling or completion engineering, with hands-on field and management experience.
* Proficient in well design/planning software (Landmark suite) and data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire, PowerBI).
* Familiarity with well reporting software and optimization techniques.
* Strong technical and commercial problem-solving skills.
What You'll Bring:
* Degree in Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's); IWCF Level 4 preferred.
* A passion for innovation and collaboration across teams.
* Willingness to travel offshore as required.
