Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: Windows Server / MS Office / Office 365 experience Knowledge of Operating Systems in Windows and Linux is useful Knowledge of Active Directory and MS Exchange is useful Familiarity with Intune, Zabbix monitoring, Solarwinds, and Networking is beneficial but not essential Strong communication skills Strong written and documentation skills Enjoys dealing with customer or user issues Organized and self-motivated Problem solver with the ability to think outside the box Responsibilities: Dealing with helpdesk tickets and enquiries submitted by email and answering Live Chat enquiries Being the first point of contact for customers seeking technical or troubleshooting assistance Updating and maintaining products, users, passwords, and other data for fully managed clients Providing 2nd line technical support on Software Servers, Desktop PCs, Networks, and email servers Handling complex technical troubleshooting requiring in-depth knowledge Assisting with server maintenance, networking, and system administration Escalating tickets to 3rd Line Support when appropriate Running software and security updates remotely on Windows-based systems Performing general support admin tasks including updating and maintaining the internal knowledge base and customer wiki Documenting technical fixes in the ticketing system to build a knowledge base Technologies: Active Directory Support Linux Office 365 Security Windows Zabbix Hardware More: We are a top UK Fintech Systems company based in Whiteley, Hampshire, dedicated to providing world-class payment solutions for retail, commercial, and hospitality businesses both in the UK and abroad.
